Keeping track of parcels can be tedious. You may have been sent a tracking number but you don't necessarily know the contents of the package because it doesn't tell you. Introducing SoleStash packages...
Packages allows you to keep track of your current ingoing and outgoing parcels. This means any deliveries for you and any deliveries you're sending to your clients. The main purpose of this is so you know what you are sending and can match an item to a tracking number.
Set your package webhook in settings to receive notifications the day before and the day due for parcel delivery. This helps to keep track of everything that is due to arrive.
Package tracking is not currently automated. The notifications are based off the estimated delivery date that you provide. Automation is due in the near future.
